Lisa Marsh – Founder and Director

Founder and director of Gerraty White Group, Lisa Marsh has a wealth of knowledge and expertise across consumer and commercial lending. Lisa is tertiary qualified in finance and mortgage broking, and has over 15 years’ experience in leasing nationally and internationally. Valued for her significant salary packaging expertise, Lisa was invited in 2015 to join the board for Australian Salary Packaging Industry Association (ASPIA), the industry body representing outsourced salary packaging and novated leasing providers across Australia.

Holding executive positions at FleetPartners (Eclipx Group Limited), Maxxia (Macmillan Shakespeare), and RACV, Lisa has worked across a number of ASX200 listed companies for fleet optimisation and asset management, saving them considerable time, budget and resources through equipment finance, operating and novated leasing. This experience includes implementing products into the Big Four banks nationally, with tremendous outcomes such as spearheading the introduction of a national ‘spot and refer’ program into one of these banks. This program included training across the business banking sector, upskilling 2,500 business bankers to refer operating and novated lease opportunities into the bank’s dedicated team of specialists within FleetPartners. Lisa went on to lead the introduction of FleetPartners’ novated leasing into one of the Big Four bank’s employee benefits program, spanning some 27,000 employees.

Lisa has unmatched experience in negotiating large volume discounts for big business clients and saw a gap in the market for delivering the same outcomes for small and medium enterprises.
